okay i know i'm very lag about posting about this but that is because i haven't been on the com for fun. anyway, i was in camp from monday to wednesday at MOE Adventure Center Dairy Farm.
and it was ... . okay. 1st day was team bonding, outdoor cooking (maggi mee, sausage, sardines and baked beans)...general stations like the low wall, etc etc. there were also games like the skipping (with 20 or so people). all those were in the afternoon. and i ate dinner together with JJ, Praveen, Andy, Justin, Pearlyn and Sheri. super duper hilarious because we were imitating one of the trainers who spoke in a sing-song voice and Praveen kept playing with the malay dude from 3C.
the
NIGHT TRAIL rocked. one of the best. we set off for Bukit Timah nature reserve (which was a few meters away) and when we were there, there were our trainers very 10 steps or so to check on our strength. then our destination was a BIG empty field, with cliffs around us. it was a cool, starry night and most of us just laid down on the grass to enjoy the scenery. soooo romantic. too bad couples couldn't really get cosy :O because there were teachers around.
the toilet conditions were disgusting because there were trails of ants (those medium sized ones) everywhere and the dorm i was in was the most ulu one. 2nd day we had dragonboating, which rocked! :D and our trainer M fell into the Kallang River. afternoon we had the high elements and i was quite scared of heights (haha and so was Zhipng). but the one thing which i was most afraid of was the FLYING FOX. i am super afraid of sudden plunges omg. "are you ready to fly?" and zoooooooom, i closed my eyes throughout the ride. and lol, the guys were feeling pain in their ____ because of the tight harnesses. Campfire was pretty fun, but Mr Toh wasn't as sexy as the other teachers!!! D: after that trainer Raymond gave us a debrief as a whole class, and advised Jenell on some stuff.
3rd day we had to wake up at 6plus!! argh. we cleaned 1 dorm and toilet and went for the rest of the high elements. Clarissa and i went to check out the unglam shots trainer Marcus took of us. abselling was scary at the first step, but okay throughout. i don't think our class really bonded much after camp, it was just more of talking to some people we didn't really talk to before. (there are obvious clique(s) in my class). Yin Onn sucks :O kidding.
3/4, SOLID AH!!!!_________________i am dead meat, i haven't handed in my english homework and there's cny next week and rawrrrrrrr. i need to start studying too!! Bio, here i come!
